Current website and report availability

Public report delivery, subscriber accounts, and paid checkout are not open. The current site provides public information, historical Local Report examples, free resources, and contact and correction channels. This policy distinguishes information the current site may process from information that would be needed if subscriptions open later.

Information the current site may process

• Messages and feedback: name, email address, church or organization name, topic, and message when you choose to use a contact or correction channel.
• Basic technical information: hosting and security providers may process IP address, browser, device, and request logs needed to deliver and protect the site.

Information needed if subscriptions open

If public signup or paid subscriptions open, this policy will be reviewed before activation. The service may then process:

• Account and subscription information: name, email address, church or organization name, service area or ZIP code, selected product, and subscription status.
• Billing records: a payment provider would process payment details. Streetlight Brief would receive billing identifiers and subscription status, not full card numbers.
• Delivery records: consent, confirmation, delivery, unsubscribe, and suppression information needed to operate email briefings responsibly.

How information is used

• Respond to messages, correction reports, and privacy requests.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and audit the public site.
• If activated later, provide accounts, subscriptions, billing, and briefing delivery under the then-current policy and terms.

We do not sell personal information or use subscriber information to train public artificial intelligence models.

Data boundaries

Streetlight Brief does not request private member, care, giving, attendance, counseling, sermon-plan, or other congregational records to produce its public-information briefings. Do not submit sensitive personal or congregational information through the contact form.

Service providers

Providers may support hosting, security, authentication, databases, email, payments, and monitoring. A provider receives information only when its function is in use and under its own applicable terms and data-protection commitments.

Retention and deletion

Messages and operational records may be retained as reasonably needed to respond, prevent abuse, maintain security, document corrections, or meet legal obligations. If subscription services open, unsubscribe and suppression records may be retained to prevent unwanted email. You may request access, correction, or deletion; some records may remain where retention is reasonably necessary or legally required.

Email choices

Public briefing delivery is not active. If it opens, briefing emails will include an unsubscribe option, and the policy will be checked against the implemented confirmation, delivery, and suppression behavior before activation.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the systems in use. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Children

Streetlight Brief is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
